Respect and ethics
The individual is the driving force behind our commitment. The relationship between the athlete and the coach is paramount. Everyone must have the time and space to express themselves in an environment that promotes communication. Respect for the values of sport and the individual are central to our approach, and we firmly believe that they are an essential factor in performance.
U16 athlete
With several Swiss U16 championship titles under their belts, the coaches at the Swiss Race Centre have developed a training strategy that builds a solid foundation for young athletes' sporting futures. This includes varying routes, disciplines and slopes, applying and repeating racing principles in gates and poles, implementing winning strategies and tailoring training instructions to individual athletes.

European Cup athlete
Performance optimisation and individualisation are at the heart of the development strategy. Being effective at the right moment, preparing each part of the course in order to gain a time advantage. Combining
